Curious, and a little stuck
You opened ChatGPT a few times, got generic answers and stopped. That is almost always a setup problem, and it takes one session to fix. No tech background needed.
San Francisco and Zoom
Private sessions for anyone who wants AI doing real work in their life: first timers, busy professionals, people running a business or a team. We set it up together on your own computer, around the things you actually do.
Twenty minutes, no prep needed. You leave the first full session with three things already working.
Who this is for
You opened ChatGPT a few times, got generic answers and stopped. That is almost always a setup problem, and it takes one session to fix. No tech background needed.
You run your own calendar, inbox and paperwork. You want back the hours that go to email, documents and research, starting this week.
You run a business, an office or a crew, and you want everyone using AI the same careful way, on the tools you already pay for.
What we work on
Every session runs on something you actually need. A few of the things people bring:
Packages
Each package is a fixed price agreed before we start. Everything happens on your own accounts and devices, so you keep all of it.
Best if you want a strong start and are happy to practice on your own.
Best if you want AI to become part of your week, with someone checking in.
Best for a business of up to ten people that wants everyone on the same page.
Two hours for three to ten people, in a living room or over Zoom. Everyone leaves with their own setup working. Good for friends, family, a book club or a small team.
A standing monthly session after any package, for new questions, new tools and the next thing you want to build.
Prices come out on the intro call, once we know what you need. No hourly meter and no surprise invoices.
Privacy
The first thing we do is turn off the setting that lets your chats train future AI models. Then you learn what's safe to share, what isn't, and where to check.
This is practical setup and coaching. It isn't legal or compliance advice, and any policy we draft is written for your own advisor to review.
Letters, plans, research, marketing and your inbox go in a general assistant with training turned off and your own sensible limits on what goes in.
If your work involves client files, contracts or anything regulated, we decide up front which tools it may go in and which it never does, based on each provider's own terms. You leave with that written down.
Every exercise works with made up examples or your own everyday material. Passwords and payment details are always typed by you, never by me.
How it works
Twenty minutes, free. What you'd like help with, what you use today, and whether I'm the right fit.
In person or over Zoom, on your own computer. We pick the right plan and build your first workflows together.
You use it during your week. I check in, answer questions and fix what gets in the way.
Accounts in your name, settings you understand and a cheat sheet in plain language. Nothing ties you to me.
About
I use AI for most of my working day, and I host a weekly session where friends bring what they're building and leave with it working. I package the setups that work best, so the next person starts from a finished version instead of a blank screen. This practice grew out of those nights.
Before that I spent a decade in contract technology, most recently as the first GTM operations hire at LegalOn, an AI company for legal teams. Selling to lawyers teaches you to take privacy seriously, and teaching it to friends taught me to explain it plainly.
Questions
No. Most people I work with aren't. We go at your pace on your own computer, and you get a plain language cheat sheet so you don't have to remember everything.
Mostly Claude, which I use every day. ChatGPT and Gemini are fine too. If you already pay for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we start with what you have before you buy anything new.
Not after setup. Turning that setting off is one of the first things we do, and I'll show you where it lives so you can check it yourself.
Yes. Team Setup covers a business of up to ten people: one set of tools, one short policy and a training session for everyone.
Every package is a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. I'll give you the number on the intro call once I know what you need. The AI subscription itself is separate and in your name, usually around $20 a month.
Either. In person around San Francisco, and Zoom anywhere in the US. Zoom works well because we share your screen and you do the clicking.
Yes. The small group workshop is two hours for three to ten people, and everyone leaves with their own setup. Friends and family groups are some of the best sessions.
You keep everything: accounts, settings, saved prompts and the cheat sheet. If you want ongoing help, monthly office hours are there. If not, you're set.
