# Will Chartain

> Fixed fee GTM operations for Series A and B companies with reps hired and nobody owning ops, plus AI setup and coaching for anyone. Will Chartain is based in San Francisco and works remote across the US or on site in the Bay Area.

Will Chartain was the first GTM operations hire at LegalOn, an AI contract review company (June 2023 to June 2026), and the only ops person for the first year. He built its revenue system from a blank HubSpot instance to multimillion ARR and 357 closed won deals, with sales, renewal, upsell and partner pipelines plus marketing, CS and billing ops in one system. He has worked in contract technology since 2014 and started and hired the SDR team at LexCheck. He is hands on in HubSpot and platform neutral on CRM decisions. He does the work himself and takes two builds at a time.
